ABOUT KPMTRA
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Transplantation Regulatory Authority (KPMTRA) has been entrusted the regulatory functions assigned in Statutory Instrument (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No. XI of 2014), called the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Transplantation Regulatory Authority Act, 2014 and enforcement of the Rules made thereunder namely The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Transplantation Regulatory Authority Rules, 2017.
